1) You have 30 business days from the date of repair to pick up your electronic device. Units left beyond 30 calender days will become property of SBL Games, Inc.

2) SBL Games, Inc will not be held responsible for any losses, time, physical damage/loss, or data loss that is caused as a direct result of our repair attempts. No repair is the same. A technician can do the same exact part replacement on 5 different units and they will never be the same experience. Some parts "settle" in more than others or some electronic devices may contain more adhesive glue than others and be more difficult to remove the part(s) required to repair the device.

3) We will always work with you as much as possible by offering as many options as available. If for any reason you find that you can't afford to pay for your repair bill, please contact us ASAP and work out a layaway and/or payment plan. We want your business, not your device. That's yours! Please keep it and enjoy the now fully functioning device again.

4) If for any reason you decide to sue SBL Games, Inc. you shall pay any and all court fees, up to and not limited to, any lawyer fees and court fees/costs.

5) All brand are proprietary property of their official and proper licensees and owners. For example, XBOX 360 is all rights reserved to Microsoft and Playstation 3 is property and all rights reserved to SCEA (Sony Computer Entertainment of America).

6) All work and serial numbers are specifically logged into our repair database with all identification as possible. This includes serial numbers, IMEIs, Production/Product numbers, and even other identifiable information such as physical damage, stickers, markings, etc. In the event that your unit is found to be stolen property, SBL Games Inc will immediately forfeit the unit to police officials accordingly.

7) If for any reason you do not agree to any of the above terms or conditions please DO NOT render any of our repair services, purchase any of our wares, or make any purchased on our website, www.sblgames.com, otherwise you agree to be directly bound to the terms and conditions outlined above.

RETURNS:

1) All returns require an RMA number which can be obtained by contacting us at sales@sblgames.com or calling (909) 269-4488 The RMA must clearly be marked on the shipping box and the product must be in the same condition shipped out as. If purchased new, product must be unopened, and not have any markings, rips, tears, holes, punctures, etc. If purchased used, product must match pictures took prior to shipping. Refurbished products must be returned in a similar state as shipped out in.

2) Authorized returns generally carry a 20% restocking fee to reduce our loss on shipping, labor, supplies, etc.

3) Certain items that we stock and sell such as collectibles and rare imports are NON RETURNABLE. In the even that we authorize a return on these types of items please understand that there may be as much as a 50% restocking fee applied.
